Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor A-E docks consist of 102 dock slips directing within the Morgan Creek Harbor. Amenities includes electric, water and cable access, with the electric usage billed to the slip owners quarterly and water/cable included in monthly fee. Also included is a gated parking lot off 41st Avenue, Isle of Palms, as well as The Halfway House facility with bathroom/shower access. The docks are attached to the Morgan Creek bulkhead. Besides the Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor Slip Owners belonging to the Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor Council of Co-Owners with monthly association fees, they are also members of the Morgan Creek Harbor Association, which assess the owners annually.
