Marais at Seaside Farms is located in beautiful Mt. Pleasant, S.C., just minutes from the beach at Isle of Palms and easy access to Highway 17 North.    Marais is a very quiet community that is tastefully landscaped.   Residents are not responsible for ground maintenance.  

There are several different interiors and designs with one or two levels.    Plans included either 2 or 3 bedrooms and upgrades such as decks, screened porches, fireplaces, built-in cabinets, granite counter tops, and sunrooms.   A grand pool and bathhouse are available for the exclusive use of Marais’ owners.
