Cain Crossing is a community featuring three and four bedroom townhouses adjacent to the 259,000 acre Francis Marion National Forest in the Wando section of Berkeley County in the City of Charleston SC.  The community is a short drive to Daniel Island and Mount Pleasant, Laurel Hill and Palmetto Islands County parks and 20 minutes to the beach at Isle of Palms.   The Property Owners Association provides both homeowner’s and common area grounds maintenance and trash pickup.  Homeowners and their guests have exclusive use of the Association pool and dog park.
