This community backs up to the Morgan Creek Harbor with 25 of the 68 homes directly on the Morgan Creek bulkhead. The remaining homes overlook community lagoons or the Wild Dunes golf course. Amenities include an access to the gated Mediterranean docks and a gated pool area, all within walking distance to the homes. Besides the Morgan Place Homeowners belonging to the Morgan Place HOA with monthly association fees, they are also members of the Wild Dunes Community Association and the Morgan Creek Harbor Association, which assess the owners annually.
