Tidewater Council of Co-Owners

Tidewater Council of Co-Owners consists of 24 unit in two buildings  3 story buildings     (H & I) and a conferance room building.  Tidewater is located on the beach in the Wild Dunes Community and has its own adult and baby pools.  Tidewater pools are private and can only be used by its owners and/or their guests.

Each unit has beautiful beach views its own beach access and ample parking for our owners or their guests.
